GG Accounting provides on-site Sage Pastel Payroll support services which includes the following:
- Setup – Setting up the company, employees, payslip transactions and default parameters
- Installation – Installing the Pastel Payroll product and pervasive database as well as registering the software
- Trouble shooting – Assist with any Pastel Payroll or pervasive errors
- Data fixing – Correct any data corruption within your company
- Fault finding - Issues with database connectivity, networking between workstations & other faults
- Bi annual & Annual Reconciliations – Processing of year end rollovers, IRP5 certificates, Pastel payroll year ends and submission on easyfile
Support is provided for the following products:
Sage Pastel Micropay
Sage Pastel Partner Payroll
All additional modules
