GG Accounting provides on-site support for the following versions of Sage Pastel’s software packages: V5, v6, v7, v8, v9, v10, v11 & v12. Our support offering includes:
- Setup – Setting up the company, general ledger, customers and suppliers master files and parameters
- Installation – Installing the Pervasive database engine and Pastel Software
- Trouble shooting – Assist with any Pastel Accounting and Pervasive run time errors
- Data fixing - Correct any data corruption within your company
- Fault finding - Issues with database connectivity, networking between workstations & other faults
On Site support is provided for the following Sage Pastel products
- Sage Pastel Xpress Startup
- Sage Pastel Xpress
- Sage Pastel Partner
- All additional modules

Remote and Telephonic Support
GG Accounting provides remote and telephonic support which includes most of the above related services unless an On-site visit is preferred
